Learn how to build an environment of "transparent communication" where access to critical information and informed decision making prevails. Understand the key tactics for creating a collaborative workplace, in which information is shared, expectations are clarified and critical conversations are held respectfully.

Since 2002, Beth has spearheaded the training programs and resource materials that are the backbone of Studer Group's highly successful path to success. She has literally written the book on creating and sustaining excellence for dozens of the country's premier health care organizations.
