Current Residents

Jason Frisbee, Pharm.D.
PGY-2 Critical Care Resident

Jason grew up in Tennessee where he obtained his Pharm.D. degree in 2010 from East Tennessee State University.  Following graduation he completed his PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Charleston Area Medical Center.  Upon completion of his critical care residency, Jason hopes to be employed as a clinical specialist in a medical intensive care unit.

Ana Negrete, Pharm.D.
PGY-2 Critical Care Resident

Ana was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She received her Pharm.D. from the University of Southern Nevada in Henderson, Nevada.  She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. After four years in Las Vegas, Ana has decided to try life outside the desert and chose to pursue a PGY-2 critical residency at CAMC.  Her professional interests include trauma/surgery, emergency medicine, and medical ICU. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking, soccer, and exploring West Virginia. After completing residency Ana hopes to attain a position as a critical care or emergency medicine clinical pharmacist.

Lisa Nguyen, Pharm.D.
PGY-2 Geriatrics Resident


Lisa obtained her Pharm.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, playing volleyball, and traveling.  Upon completion of her PGY-2 geriatrics residency, Lisa plans to pursue a career in an acute care setting with emphasis on geriatric patients.

Christopher Andreason, Pharm.D.
PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident

Chris grew up and completed his undergrad in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He received his doctor of pharmacy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in 2011.  Chris enjoys college football and pulls for the University of Utah (UTES)!!  He also enjoys spending time with his wife and dog and participating in the excellent outdoor activities that West Virginia offers.  Chris has interests in critical care, internal medicine, and infectious disease.  Upon completion of his PGY-1 residency, Chris plans to pursue a PGY-2 specialty residency in one of his areas of interest.

Sarah Crober, Pharm.D.
PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident

Sarah grew up in Wisconsin, receiving her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin. In her free time she enjoys playing guitar, traveling, and exploring West Virginia--although she will continue to root for the Badgers from the mountains. Her interests are in critical care, infectious disease, and transplant.

Leah Hall, Pharm.D.
PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident

Leah was born in Punxsutawney Pennsylvania (weather capital of the world) and grew up in the small town of Brookville not too far away. She received her Pharm.D. from West Virginia University in 2011. In her free time Leah enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, boating, fishing, music, church activities, and football (Go eers!). Her interests include internal medicine, family medicine, teaching, and ambulatory care.

Ann McConnell, Pharm.D.
PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident

Ann McConnell was born and raised in West By God Virginia, but received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University in 2003 and her Pharm.D. from University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 2011.  Ann has a strong interest in either geriatrics or critical care (especially trauma), and may possibly pursue a PGY2 residency in one of those areas. In her free time, Ann enjoys running, traveling (Italy is a favorite), and socializing with her friends and co-residents.
