  Mission Statement

The mission of the CAMC Simulation Center is to improve patient safety and quality of care, and to advance healthcare education and practice

  Vision Statement

To provide a safe, supportive and state-of-the art training environment for trainees, practitioners and teams.

  Who we are

The CAMC Simulation Center is part of the CAMC Health System, the largest provider of health services in West Virginia. We have an extensive history of providing high quality training programs to not only health care professionals but to many other segments of the community. As part of one of the largest businesses in the state, we have familiarity with many of the same safety training issues and regulations you face.

What we can do for your organization

As an American Heart Association Training Center, the CAMC Simulation Center offers all levels of CPR and AED training in addition to first aid programs. We are also an American Safety and Health Institute Training Center and are able to offer a variety of OSHA compliant training programs. Plus we can help your organization establish an on-site Public Access Defibrillation program.

The CAMC Simulation Center can supply training at either your worksite or at our Charleston training facility. In special situations, arrangements can be made for off-site locations outside the Charleston area. Training times are flexible and schedules can be created to meet your own unique training and staffing needs. We are willing to work with you to develop creative ways to deliver effective training based on your needs and goals.

Why use the CAMC Simulation Center

Experience, quality, service, and support are all features that put the CAMC Simulation Center at the forefront of life safety training. We want to help you create a safer workplace in a flexible and cost effective manner. We are the largest provider of American Heart Association CPR training in West Virginia and have a wide selection of programs to be your one resource for safety solutions
