| Information for Accepted Applicants Applicants will be notified of Admission Committee decisions by mail. Applications may be considered at more than one meeting of the committee. Applicants accepting an offered position will be required to notify the CAMC School of Nurse Anesthesia in writing, and submit a matriculation fee. Applicants who have been accepted, have notified CAMC in writing, and have paid their matriculation fee will receive enrollment and registration paperwork from CAMC. Included in this paperwork will be a Marshall University Graduate Application. Matriculants will be asked to complete this application and return it directly to Marshall University at the address shown in the upper left-hand corner of the application. No application fee is required to be sent with these forms. Matriculants will be asked to request a SECOND set of academic transcripts to be sent DIRECTLY to Marshall University Graduate College, Attn: Admissions Supervisor, 100 Angus E. Peyton Drive, South Charleston, WV 25303-1600. Matriculants must send a transcript for each academic institution attended, even if credits were transferred to another institution. Marshall University must have a transcript from the institution where the courses were originally taken. This set of transcripts is in addition to those that were requested with your original application to the CAMC School of Nurse Anesthesia. Matriculants will receive “Conditional Acceptance Status” until receipt of all official transcripts by the Marshall University Graduate College Admissions Office. All official transcripts must be received by Marshall University Admissions Office before the first day of class. Upon enrollment, students will be required to have a computer with Internet access and a current operating system. Once in the program students will be required to buy SPSS Student Version (a statistical program necessary for completion of the research component).
